Warranty & Returns Policy – Mayfair Engine & Gearbox
At Mayfair Engine & Gearbox, we take pride in the quality and reliability of every engine and gearbox we supply. To give our customers peace of mind, all our products are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.
Faulty or Defective Parts
If you receive a part that is faulty or not performing as expected, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost.
If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund, including the return shipping fees.
Incorrect Orders
If you accidentally order the wrong part, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received, with all security markings and labels intact.
Once the part is inspected and verified, a refund will be processed usually within 7 business days of the return being received.
Important Notes
The warranty covers the part only, not labour, installation, or any consequential costs.
All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
